Sulfuric acid production units become green energy plants

Since they were put into operation last year, they have operated smoothly, and the steam production rate per ton of acid is not less than 0.48 and 0.52 respectively, and all indicators have reached the world advanced level. The low-temperature waste heat recovery technology developed by ogli company can improve the temperature of circulating absorption acid to improve the grade of heat energy, so that it can produce low-pressure saturated steam. They integrate process design, material research and development, and equipment manufacturing, and have developed and implemented a variety of low-temperature waste heat recovery processes and technologies with different processes. Various technical processes have different advantages, which are applicable to new projects and old plant reconstruction respectively. Since the first set of low-temperature waste heat recovery device was not put into operation in 2007, the company has designed to ensure that the rubber and plastic products industry in China has increased by 8.0% year-on-year. More than ten sets of similar devices have been protected and put into operation, and good recovery effects and economic benefits have been achieved
